Wisconsin First time home buyer programs sometimes
seem like an urban legend. Searching for mortgage programs that are
specific to this group is almost impossible. There are, on a county by
county basis, down payment and closing cost assistance programs but
nothing more.

No Money Down Rural Mortgage Loans

We offer both purchase and refinance mortgage programs for Rural Housing
loans.
Illinois and Wisconsin Rural Housing refinance loans may be made to refinance
either existing RHS Guaranteed Housing loans or RHS Section 502 Direct Housing
loans.
A Guaranteed Rural Housing mortgage loan is a single family,
30-year, fully amortizing, fixed rate mortgage loan guaranteed by the US
Department of Agriculture's Rural Housing Service (RHS).

Refinance Mortgage Loans

Questions to ask yourself when considering refinancing
in Illinois or Wisconsin, including Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison. Most
suggest waiting until your rate drops one to two percent but that may not
be the only indication that it is time to refinance your mortgage.
