Posted by Brian Collins on December 17th, 2009
If you currently have a FHA Mortgage Loan in Wisconsin, you can refinance your current FHA Mortgage with almost no documentation (FHA Streamline Refinance).
As long as you will save $50.00 a month (5% after January 1, 2010) FHA will allow you to refinance your home mortgage with:
No Income Check (changing January 1, 2010)
No Asset Check (changing January 1, 2010)
No Credit Check* (changing January 1, 2010)
No Appraisal
*You can not have more than Two 30 day lates on your current mortgage in the last 12 months which is verfied by a 12
month mortgage history per FHA guidelines.
The only documents we would need from you are the following:
Note (from closing of FHA Loan)
HUD 1 (from closing of FHA Loan)
Copy of Social Security Card (if you can not find it a copy of a recent paystub or W2 with the SS number on it would be OK)
Copy of ID – Drivers LicenseHomeowners Policy with agents name and phone number
We can normally close on the mortgage in a weeks time.
