Wisconsin no money down loans are hard to come by these days but we still have a few options.
USDA Rural Housing
VA Loans
FHA Loans (Requires 3.5% down but can be gifted by family members)
USDA Rural Housing is our most popular no money down mortgage. Rates are in line with FHA and VA and you can finance up to 100% of the appraised value (cash back at closing is not allowed except for the amount up to your earnest money deposit). VA loans are great for Veterans and do not require a down payment. Unlike the rural housing program, VA does not allow you to roll in your closing costs or prepaids into the loan amount. Visit our VA program page for additional details.
FHA loans are a great option if you don’t qualify for a USDA loan and you are not a veteran. FHA requires 3.5% down payment, but this can be gifted by a family member. Visit our FHA page for additonal details.
